Workshop on mentoring
Sophie Bocquet from Euroclear is passionate about all things mentoring. In this workshop she shares her passion with you. You will learn how to start a programme within your organisation that connects mentors with those who are looking for them. She also explains what 'two way mentoring' means, which steps to keep in mind when starting mentoring and how mentoring can promote gender equality within your organisation.
